  1. Never a good idea to fib to your Dr. Band site needs to heal prior to adjusting. Also, I understood that Dr. Fox in Washington State was the first US Doctor to introduce and perform lap band surgery . .
  2. Hunger vs. "head hunger" how smart you are to recognize the difference. It it something I have been thinking about alot lately. It is nice to have words to put with those thoughts and feelings.
  3. Ice and cold drinks will often be problems for banded individuals. Feels good going down but can cause restriction (contraction) of the band.:w00t:
  4. Could be your bite size is too big . . .or you are eating too fast. Try smaller bites and remember no liquids with your meals.
