  1. I am in the same boat. My BMI is 36. Since menopause set in 6 years ago I have not been able to loose ANY weight no matter how hard i exercised. I'm a competitive dancer and am damaging my joints by dancing with this weight I am carrying I'm 207lbs. I'm also afraid to loose too much weight, I don't want to be all wrinkly. I have a beautiful skin at the moment. I am 59 years old. I'm excited about my surgery on the 22nd of feb. I am planning to up the calories per meal when I get to the weight I feel comfortable with
