  1. To be honest I wish I would’ve gotten sick. I didn’t dump at all. I felt brief discomfort in my stomach and it went away really quickly
  2. Thanks for your tips. The only reason I was on a liquid diet one day is because my center encourages we lose weight before we start prepping for surgery. I lost ten pounds before and the one day liquid diet was to ensure my system is cleaned out before they operated.
  3. I was only required to do a one day pre op liquid diet. I didn’t have a two week one like most other people. I’m nervous now that I think I ruined my bypass due to over eating this early out. I’m 3 weeks today. I’m actually going on to see the nutritionist today but I’m so embarrassed to tell her. I feel like I’m addicted to food and it’s going to ruin the only thing that would help me.
  4. I am 3 weeks out gastric bypass and I had too much to eat and I ate the wrong things. I cannot seem to control myself. What’s wrong with me ?
