I had my surgery Monday & can’t imagine having to go back to work, but I’m an elementary school teacher. It takes a few days to get the scheduling down of how & when to eat for your post-op diet.

Hi! Hope you are feeling well. I will have my sleeve on April 1st. I am excited, but nervous.

I'm scheduled for Monday the 25th. Can't wait!

My surgery is on Sunday 24th Feb, I was too excited but now I'm getting multiple weird feelings ... especially that my family and work colleagues are talking me on not doing the surgery ...
It just annoys me that people are now saying "He's taking a shortcut" ... "He's not trying hard enough" ... "He's just lazy"
I will only get 1 week rest before I head back to work, based on some people's experience would I need a longer rest? and what would it feel like within the first week and on full liquid diet?

I’m the same with you Marine. It’s taking an hour minimum to get through liquids & I’m following the schedule recommended by my dr.

I am 3 days post op. How is my stomach supposed to feel? I am trying to drink one premier protein drink a day which is 30 grams of protein. I am trying to sip it sitting up or reclining.

I was also on the 18th. I was also my doctor’s first. The waiting seemed like an eternity!

I also notice many people who get wls fail period. Old habits die hard sadly. Of course it's never too late unless you're dead!
