  1. :eek:Hi. I just received by my band a week and a half ago. I feel really good today but the last week and a half have been tough. Physically, my only pain is the port site. Very normal I am told. Psycologically, I went through some tough times. I wanted to take it out. Also, very normal I am told. Now, I am adding back in food and feeling much better. Hang in there to all who may feel the same. Things will get better! I think I need my band tightened when I go for my check-up because I am not as full as I was told. I am losing weight though but I think I have the ability to eat more than I should. Best of luck to all out there who are going through this. I hope you have a lot of support at home because that is essential. No one should do this alone. It is very hard. Not a miracle cure, just a tool and you need the support. Make sure you have the best doctors who have done hundreds of these. I am blessed to live near Boston and have the best in the world right at my finger tips. Be well, and peace!
