  1. I went to Dr. Yau, for a Lap Band in July 0f 2009, weighing in at 312 lbs, as of now I am 200-210 lbs. Never had a moments problem with it until last Novemeber, he took out another 1 1/2 CCs in Scarborough. I found he was rude and arrogant when I went in. If I had of known he was going to talk to me like that I would have told him where to go and how to get there. My gf heard him talking he was that loud. Obviously his work is going into the toilet as he really doesn't car about the patients he has anymore. So, those of you that are suing him...good luck. I paid $16,000.00 cash at the time of my surgery. I had to go to the bank for a lone. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN COVERED BY OHIP.
