  1. I’m like 7 weeks out. I had my surgery March 20th and barely lost 20 lbs.... I been on a 3 week stall which I am desperately trying to break. Started at 252 and now been at 232.8 for 3 weeks in a row. Getting all my water and protein requirements in and walking everyday.
  2. Wednesday was my 4 week surgiversary ? I had my surgery on Wed, March 20th. Down 17 lbs since surgery. I been walking at least 6 miles a day every day hoping it will help speed along progress ? my next goal is to run a little and start with light weights since the doctor moved me from 15 lbs restriction to 30 lbs! Whoo hoo! We got this!
