  1. I was banded 4/25/08. I have had NO complications, very little pain and have been walking several miles a day and began playing softball with the city league two weeks post op. You should be able to jog, walk, and do anything that doesn't require your "core" muscles until about 4-5 weeks post op...then you can do whatever you're able to do without pain. Hope all goes well.
  2. I was banded 4/25...I'm just happy to be eating a lot less and feeling FULL. Seriously, the weight loss isn't my biggest priority; it's my bonus!
