  1. Hi everyone! After 6 months of jumping through hoops I'm going to have surgery on June 3. I'm not nervous about the surgery, however this evening I became very depressed. I have read other posts about people who start "grieving" about giving up their eating habits, and I thought that was absurd, but now I'm one of them. I'll snap out of it, but for now I'm just pretty mopey. I have almost 200 to lose, so I'm in this for the long haul. Send some positive energy my way on Tuesday morning - for me AND my MD! Emmie
