  4. I am two years out of surgery (gastric sleeve) lost about 120 pounds and reached my ideal weight for my Height. But through my weight loss journey I have developed a serious eating disorder ( bulima) which has affected my health badly, I have severe anemia that requires iron IV/ venfer ( took about 15 treatment so far still has five to go) and a serious vitamin b12 Deficiency that requires monthly and sometimes weekly shots. I have never shared this with anyone, not even my doctor, I am sooo scared and worried for my family but at the same time I am absolutely terrified of being over weight again Please advise
