You will be fine. I am on day 11 of my preop diet. It does get better each day. Keep your eye on the prize - a healthier you! Keep plenty of sf popsicles on hand too. That really helped me. My surgery is Monday. Getting excited and nervous! -

That is great news! My surgery is a week from today. I’ve lost 13 lbs so far and I have not cheated once. Very excited for the new me! -

I’m new at this so bare with me. Surgery date is Jan 21st. I just retired on Nov 30th so now it’s me time and taking care of myself. Still nervous though. 😰
