  9. Hi, I did the sleeve on 12-12-18 and just hit the 50 pound mark on Valentines... I couldn’t be happier! I started at 337 and currently I’m at 285. For me, the weight keeps coming off. I walk about 1.5 miles 4 days a week and eat about 4 (very) small meals per day. Best decision I’ve ever made. PS - and this is full disclosure...my first two weeks I kept thinking I had made the wrong decision bc it was hardddddd! Once I got over the four week mark it all became a bit easier. Good luck!
  10. They’ll ask you if your don your period when you check in. No worries at all!
  11. It is so hard right now, but I SWEAR you will get over the hump! My first two weeks were the hardest (had my surgery 12-11-18) and not eating all the Christmas things was awful. Most of the times I regretted my desicion. Now, five weeks later I feel great, could care less about what others are eating and have lost 41 pounds!

  13. I’m right there with you girl! We got this. ????
  14. I felt the same way, but I promise the day of surgery that all goes away. You are doing this for your health and a better life! I had surgery on 12/11 and almost one week out I feel good, can walk around without getting winded and am getting used to the new normal. I’ve had some moments as to why I even did this, but those moments are brief! I’ve already lost about six inches around my waist and that’s what keeps me going! Good luck!
