  2. How important is water? Or liquids in general I guess. I had a sleeve on Dec. 11 and feel pretty good except that swallowing water or broth causes a first little burp and then a terrible, painful cramp. I am drinking TINY amounts so it’s definitely not a gulping thing. I think I’m maybe getting 24 to 30 oz of water and I am trying to sip all day. I don’t feel dehydrated and am otherwise ok (just wrung out still from surgery). Why do I need that much water again?
