    Hi guys,
I've followed this app for quite some time before having my surgery.. I must admit some of you had me scared out my mind but this has been the best decision I could've made. It's no where near easy but it's worth it and I've decided to post a picture to share with you all...the pic in the middle is from today..please excuse my mirror lol.. I can let you know my starting weight was 266 I'm now around 230 and I'm 5ft 4in.

They put one on me right after surgery personally I like it . I feel it helps hold everything together.

DiscoveringLyn got a reaction from SarahBoBera in 3 days pot op RNY
I found that putting 2 Pillows one on each side ( that’s way I did not lay directly on my back) helped me sleep through the night on day 4 that’s the best sleep I have had . I’m five days post up and had a full blown emotional breakdown last night surprisingly ( it wasn’t even about the surgery or how I was feeling ) kids overwhelm me a bit but I quickly pulled my self together. It’s ok to cry ! Here i sit 5 days post op and it’s true things slowly get better.
