  1. I get the roll ups at the major groceries stores in my area. King kullen, shop and stop etc.
  2. I just bought Damascus Bakeries FLAX flat square rollups. I am excited because they are4 6 net carbs, 110 cal, total fat 3g, no trans fat, no cholesterol, 9g fiber and 12g of PROTEIN! They are great for sandwhichs. They hold a lot of fillings. Now I can have my bread and eat it too! Thought I would share with you!
  3. My doc says definitly no carbonated sodas. I drink coffee and never had a problem. I try to limit the amount. good luck
  4. Yes that is a problem. It is a habit that is hard to break. Especially in the morning. Should I have my coffee first or eat and wait. Eating usally wins out. It is 10:05 am and I am having my first cup of coffee now. I was banded on April 28, 2008 and have lost a total of 24 lbs. It is really not that bad. Losing weight every couple of days is what keeps me going. Keep up the good work.
  5. Me Too! Had Same Reaction. When The Doc Took Off The Strips I Put Some Antibio Cream On It!
  6. I GOT BANDED ON 4/23/08 AND WITH THE PRE-OP DIET AND THE NEW BAND I LOST 21 POUNDS. IT ALL DEPENDS ON HOW MUCH YOU WEIGH AND HOW YOUR METABOLISM WORKS. I AM 60 YEARS OLD. I WAS 250LBS AND NOW AM 229LBS. I THINK THATS GREAT FOR ME. I HAVENT BEEN ADJUSTED YET. KEEP TRYING. ITS HARDER THAN IT LOOKS. GOOD LUCK!:rolleyes2::biggrin:
