  1. Oh my goodness! I’m 2 weeks post-op and I took my multivitamin the other day and I was SO nauseous I thought it was just me! I haven’t taken it since because I’m afraid that I am going to get sick. I had no idea that I had to eat before I took my multivitamin! So glad I came across this post!
  2. Hey guys! This past Monday I finally got sleeved and I am having so much trouble finding ways to get my protien in! During the pre-op diet I guzzled down protein shakes (even though they made me gag) but now I’m post-op and I’ve tried the premier protien clear and it’s disgusting! I also wanted to know if any one had any tips for broth! I drank it fine pre-op but now even the mere thought of broth makes me gag! I’ve been living on sugar free popsicles for the past 3 days! Help! Does anyone have any recommendations on ways to get my protein and broth in during the clear liquid stage??
