    Amazon - pure protein frosty chocolate shake yum! Also their protein powder mixed with skim milk in blender. Awesome and filling! They also have peanut butter flavor and I mix it half peanut butter half chocolate shake in blender and ice cubes. AWESOME!

    Your exercise routine is award winning! I’m going to use you as my incentive!! I’m going in for a duodenal switch on Nov. 26th. I have a very painful degenerative disc disease. Gotta get this weight off for good! Good luck for your con’t success!
