    First reaction was honestly not that bad some people had their doubts but at the end of the day health comes first after a while everyone understood my point of view and now everyone is extremely happy for me tell them and give them a while eventually they’ll understand and be happy for you

    Hi everyone ☺️ so hopefully my sleeve surgery will be in December and I would like to purchase everything I need in advance for surgery. Im a little stuck on the protein part I really don’t enjoy the taste of protein shakes and powders etc. so can anyone recommend the best one or one they found that works for them? Thank you ?
