  1. Just got back from a trip on a plane. I can not express how good it feels to actually fit in a seat and not crowd the person next to me. Hard to keep from grinning the whole flight
  2. I too got cold feet. The last second questioning of what you are about to do. I just had to remind myself what got me to the point of making this choice. 3. Walk...... Whenever I start feeling like that I walk. I've replaced my dependency on food as my comfort creator with walking. Clears my mind. Helps me refocus and remember they why's of this choice. It's become like food was for me. My comfort. Plus it has amazing side effects. Walk
  4. I'm not going to just lamenting the loss for a moment.
  5. 51 days post surgery and what I wouldn't give for nice dark stout beer in my hand tonight after work. Can't imagine the carbonation would sit well with my new stomach.
  6. I had my surgery on Wednesday. Discharged from the hospital on Friday afternoon. Driving on Sunday. No narcotics so cleared to drive. Back to work on Monday.
  7. Thanks for sharing. Tracking progress and forecasting the future on spreadsheets is fun.
