  3. My doctor doesn't even bother with the lapband. I've known people that have had them like you & also had to take them out. You sound like you'll do great with the sleeve. After all you initially lost about 100 lbs before. Sent from my XT1650 using BariatricPal mobile app

  13. I'm 66 years old, 5'1". My BMI is just under 40 & I've been on a b/p med for years. Also a breast cancer survivor, so getting the weight off will lengthen my life. Surgery date is 10/30. On a 2 week diet. 2 protein shakes, 4 oz lean protein, small amt of starch & a cup of veggies. I start my clear diet the day before. It seems like different doctors have different directions.
