    I found a really cool website that has vitamins specifially for people that have had weight loss surgery. They also have lots of great ways to get your protein intake up. This is not a sales pitch really. I happened on it a while back and I can't live without it. it's called Bariatric Eating - Protein, Vitamins, Gastric Bypass & Lap Band Info, Post-op Recipes, and Help.
