When are you getting sleeved? My big day is this Friday! I'm trying to stay calm.

I relate 100% with you. I just wish I had the support from the people closest to me.

Really needing some support now. I only told 2 people and I would love you hear from someone that is about to go through the same thing as they would know just how I'm feeling.

Mine was! Surgeon bumped it up to the 7th! I'm so excited!

I've been doing the 2 premier shakes and then a lean cusine dinner and gave lost 6 pounds in 2-1/2 weeks. All my coworkers know I'm doing this to get into the habit of eating right and when I return to work after being out for a few weeks they'll know it's paying off!

Do you have to do a liquid diet and for how long?

My surgery was scheduled for Dec. 11th, my doctor called me today because she had to reschedule but gave me the option to have Dec. 7th or Jan. Something! So, Dec 7th it is!!! So excited!

Hi! I am only required to do a 2 day liquid diet but have been doing 2 shakes and a meal to lose the required 9 lbs and also get into the habit of doing mostly liquids so post op won't be to harsh on me! :0
