I was sleeved November 2018was at 267hw cw is 190. bmi is still 30 have not lost additional weight since about 9 months post op. is it too soon to consider a revision should I just do plastics. please help

Isopure proteins. Om using this protein a d im just wondering what others are using. I cant do the premade premier protein anymore. Its too sweet. I started uaing this protein and mixing it with low fat milk. Ive lost 35 pounds and im 5 months post op

Remember its not just about the number on the scale. How do you feel now? Im in the same boat but I feel so much better. Im not out of breath or always hot and sweaty from just walking down the hallway. My clothes fit better too[emoji4] . Dont get diacouraged. Look at the overall picture.

Yes my stall lasted almosr 3 weeks. The scale will move again. Ive sropped weighing my self. But ive deff see the change in clothes so it helps

Yesterday i had to go buy some pants for work sincr the old ones didn't fit. I was going to order them online but some how rnded up going to the store. So i start with a size 18 some 16's and i finally got some 14's. So i head to the dressing room. And to my great suprise and amazement i didnt even try on the 18s it fir just right in the 14s. I havent been 14 since jr high high school. Even with my 2 week stall my body is changing but my mind and mirror are not there. I still feel bigger than i am. Loving it!!! Hi everyoneim really concerned that im broken n this isnt working ive only lost 11 pounds post op and im i was sleeved on oct 25. Did i choose the wrong surgery ive read thay some times its your food intake and i increases that but nothing is working. Could you all share what helped you guys with stalls? Really appreciate it . Im tottaly freaking out over here

Sp if your feeling hunger pains it might be wrong. I got those pains like a week after i still do. But i just cant really eat. I hav surgery on 10 25. Met my surgeon on 1106 and lost 11 ppunds have npt lost anything since then and gaines a pound. I am constipated and cant seem to drink all the water i need i manage about half and only one protein shake

I was but i ended up filling my shaker bottle with ice and then the shake it waters it down and its super cold That worked for me
