I went to my first dr appt since surgery today.

I'm going to have to try the premier Shake because drinking the same thing over and over again gets old

Yeah my scale was going up and down so I decided not to weigh myself anymore. Some of my clothes fit better so that's a good thing.

Refried beans is my go-to food

I'm starting to get a little discouraged. How's it possible to gain weight if all you're doing is drinking liquids?

I wish I could go back to work. I meet with me surgeon on the 15th then I will find out when I can go back.

My surgeon told me to keep it clean and put gauze over it
