I attended a seminar last night that was led by Dr. Schuster. It wasn't very informative and he couldn't give me a real firm cost if I have to pay out of pocket. Has anyone here used this firm and paid out of pocket? My insurance has a weight-loss surgery exemption, so I really need to know what I'm looking at financially. Thanks in advance.

If you've never read Mere Christianity by CS Lewis, that's a great one, and it's small. A Royal Waste of Time by Marva J. Dawn is another good one...it's written as distinct essays, so you can read just a few pages and get a complete thought.

That's what I've got and I believe my plan has an exclusion for weight loss surgery. Of course, that may just be the group we are in.
