That will begin my physical journey. 7 months ago it began mentally when I decided to live life instead of just existing in life. People keep asking me if I'm scared. How can I be afraid of living life again? The next few days will be difficult and I am sure I will have setbacks ahead but thinking about just watching life go by and not participating in it is much worse. Time to say goodbye to diabetes and a handful of pills each day and hello to a better life.
