Me too and I am so ready. Where are you having yours done? I started pre-op diet today.

I am 5'3 and weigh 200 pounds. I'd like to be around 140ish. Surgery November 23 with Dr. Fok in TJ, Mexico.

Hi everyone. My surgery is on 11/23 with Dr. Fok in TJ Mexico. I start my pre-op diet on November 14th. My pre-op diet consist of protein shakes and salads with a protein. I'm getting anxious as surgery gets closer. I just want to make sure I have everything I need when I return home.

Hi Lily. I have scheduled my surgery with Dr. Fok in TJ, Mexico on November 23 2022. I will be happy to be surgery month buddies with you. We can at least share stories and advice. yes, good luck to you also.

My BMI is 35 and I’m planning on sleeve surgery in November.

Anybody out there? I haven't scheduled yet, but it will certainly be in November. I'm still doing a little research, a bit nervous about traveling to Mexico by myself. Can't wait to hear from others. Thanks and I will keep you posted.
