  1. Has anyone had issues with their heart rate going low in 30’s and 40’s after surgery? Mine was low in the hospital and has now come back. I’m 9 weeks post op
  2. I had the same fears. My surgery was 3 days ago. They gave me 3 different meds for nausea. I don’t do well on some pain pills so when they unhooked the morphine the following morning I didn’t ask for pain pills. To be honest the 3 xtra strength Tylenol was sufficient. I did get low fever and felt weak so I stayed a second night. Just make sure you walk every 2 hours to help with the gas pains (the worst of the whole thing) and take the other pills I feel almost normal today
  3. Susunorm I believe I was done around the same time. Everything went well. My dr doesn’t allow anything not even ice chips until the following day after an Upper GI is completed. I just finished that and now have a green light to have some jello. We made it! And will be so happy after recovery. thank you All for the well wishes
  4. My surgery is tomorrow at 7:30 as well. I have to be there at 5:30 am too. I’m really nervous about the surgery but excited about getting healthy. We will have to compare stories prayers for a successful surgery and quick recovery
