    Hey guys, thought i’d share a before an after pic. I was sleeved on 5Sep18, the red shirt is 171.3kg(376.86lbs) my highest weight pre-op and the green shirt is 127.5kg(280.5lbs) thats a total loss of 43.8(96.36lbs) my first goal weight is to get to 110kg(242lbs) and my final goal is to reach 100kg(220lbs). Never felt better about myself and this was the best life changing decision i’ve made in my entire life. I love myself more now, more self confidence.

    Hello Good People, I am having my Gastric Sleeve on 4th of September, will keep you updated with the results and the progress that I will hopefully make. looking forward to making new friends here and get some support as this is my first post and I just joined this site. I'm 380lbs as of now 6feet 5inches tall. my goal weight is 220lbs. I feel optimistic about this and I have confidence that I will achieve the GW.
