    Hi Everyone, I just registered Today. I am still in the Groups. I do not have a surgery date. I am in group for the Gastric Sleeve. I am preparing my kitchen and taking vitamins. Just kicking coffee. Kicked cigarettes 3 weeks ago, still tempted. Began eating plan down 28 lbs. I am excited but nervous. Have not done much for MYSELF in a LONG TIME. Pleasure to meet everyone.
