  7. Hello! I saw the surgen on 8/7 and we have moved on to scheduling all of my appoinments! I am 5’2 and weight 215 with a BMI of 39.6 but because i have OBESITY related issues my DR believes i am a candidate. I am pretty sure ill gain some weight before surgery. Anyways, i am excited and nervous- i am doing this journey along with my husband as well. I had a lapband procedure done 8/2011 but i gained all the weight back and some more, so it was unsuccessful. My only concern right now is that, i take anti-depressants and i read online that Insurances will disqualify you if you take anti depressants meds(which i find ridiculous)... anyone else heard of this?
  8. Hello all- today i am going to speak with my PCP doctor about weight loss surgery, in specific about VSG. i have Fidelis/medicaid. How long was the process up until surgery when you initially spoke to your PCP about weight loss?? What requirements did Fidelis or Medicaid set in place for you to be approve? Thanks!
