  1. I'm 3 wks post op and my Dr. has me starting my Vitamins. I'm on a chewable children's multi, Calcium, Vit. B-12, Vit D. The B-12 & D are not chewable so I have to crush them. Any one else having to crush their vitamins? How are you getting them down so it doesn't taste so bad? Any ideas/suggestions welcome!!! By the way, check out Puritanspride.com for vitamins! They're increadibly cheap and fast shipping! P.S.--FYI--I'm also on Biotin which is supposed to be great for hair & nails, my nurse suggested it.
  2. I'm not a water person either but my Dr. said that Crystal Light would be a good substitute. They have tons of flavors and it really helps to get to that 64 oz.! Just remember not to drink too much at a time!
