  1. Thanks! I'm American, but have been living in Germany for a long time. ?
  2. Hello, everyone. I had my GB surgery on May 9th. My HW was 163kg (359.35 lbs), CW 142kg (313 lbs). I've gotten such confusing information from the dietician about the calories I can eat. According to my height, gender and BIA testing, she said I could eat up to 1510 kc/day - albeit, she said I would not manage that. [emoji23] After some research online, I reduced my intake to 1,000 - 1,200/day according to my activity level. When I read such posts, I fear that I am not getting the best information possible to successfully lose weight. I live in Germany and even the doctors at the hospital say that the USA and UK have more experience in this area. I am open for advice. Sent from my ZTE BLADE V7 using BariatricPal mobile app
