  1. I'm 3 months post op and my diet is finally expanding. I can now have raw veggies including salads, which I'm very excited about. Basically anything but fruits and carbs. I'm struggling a little with the portion size for things like salads. For those of you who have passed this step, how do you figure out the size of a salad? Do you measure it out or just eat until full? I'd love to be able to go out to dinner with friends and family and order a salad, but I'm not sure how to eyeball the correct portion size.
  2. I switched to Premier Protein powder and that seems to be helping! I'm just hoping the extended time without keeping the shakes down doesn't have any negative effect
  3. Hi! I'm 2 days into my pre-op all liquid diet and I haven't been able to keep down the protein shakes without throwing up. I'm afraid maybe I'm allergic to an ingredient in the shakes. Has anyone else had this problem?
