    I tried protein water and it was ok had 60 calories and was grape flavor with 15 G protein and has. Funky smell to it but tasted ok . I find drinking premiere protein shakes with 30 G protein frozen is an easy way to get protein down I buy them from sams club or Walmart

  3. Sleep issues after sleeve

    I just had the sleeve done 8 days ago and am having a very hard time sleeping at night ... I’m not taking pain medication anymore just my normal vitamins .. has anyone else experienced this problem if so what are u doing to resolve it
