  1. Is it considered a 'stall' after only two weeks? I feel as if the first 20 lost was water weight or something, and that I've never really gotten started with actual weight loss. Thanks for the responses.
  2. Hello. I am a first-time poster who's searching for answers. I am almost 30 days post-sleeve surg and am not losing weight, despite limiting my calories to 700 and taking the vitamins. The twenty pounds I lost occurred in the first two weeks and since then I've inexplicably gained three pounds. I use the Bariastic app to log every morsel and sip and try to hit the water, protein daily goals. I ate more and lost more doing Weight Watchers! I am not exercising much but shouldn't I lose even without the gym? Frustrating. The doctor says to just stick with it, but I sure would like some suggestions from the wisdom of this forum. Thanks for listening to me whine, everybody.
