  1. YAY!! I am so excited for you. Congrats! I hope to be there as well in the near future. I’ll keep it up, as long as it takes. I’m glad to know they HAVE approved people and covered it. That gives me hope. As the benefits decline and costs increase, I worry they will stop covering it all together.
  2. I also have PEIA and after meeting every condition in their policy, I’ve also been denied basically because my co-morbid conditions are well controlled with pharmaceuticals and CPAP therapy. I’m in the first phase of my first appeal. PEIA is completely in opposition to what is best for its subscribers. They’re going to have a fight on their hands with the help of the State Insurance Commission and an attorney, if necessary. Anyone who is in this process...keep it up!
