  2. I did at first but now only close family and friends know.
  3. I had surgery June 1st, 2018. I had the RNY. It's going well so far. No complications. Just need to remember to drink lots of water.

  7. Hey, thanks for the reply! And I'm so glad liquids can be grouped together; I've been having trouble getting my water in. Oh and ya, low-sugar and high-fiber cereal soaked in 1% or skim milk is in my plan that the hospital gave me

  9. I can smell so much more clearly, and the taste of fats, salt, and especially sugar has intensified dramatically.
  10. Do you have to wait 30 mins before and after having a protein shake? I just doubt so many things; I know you can have milk with cereal so I was wondering about shakes and water. I feel like the water will flush out the protein but doesn't a protein shake have water in it. But then I think the water will still flush it out or dilute it. I dunno. I'm just so unsure.
