Mommy.Is.Losing.It

I have been in the same boat, trying to making this same decision. In addition to the other great comments in this thread, here are few more things I considered that might be helpful... 1. How much have you spent on other 'diets' weight watchers, slim fast, cookie diet, pre-packaged programs, etc.? I know I am in the thousands of dollars over my lifetime. Spending money to lose weight using some gimmick, only to gain it right back - plus some. And I know I would most likely do it again. I feel surgery will help with all the yo-yo garbage and set me on the right track. 2. While you may not initially spend less, your weight loss may lead to higher earnings. It is so sad, but so much discrimination being overweight.
