  2. Hello all! I had my surgery June 25th and am feeling discouraged and down. I’ve lost a pound a week consistently this last month, but the slow losing is making me feel like a failure. I follow the rules and I eat healthy. What’s bothering me even more is that I have made great progress, so why am I even down on myself? Yesterday was 2 months and I’m down 35lbs and 20 inches. My doc said 1-2lbs per week is exactly where I should be. So why I am beating myself up? This is such an emotional mind game and I feel like I’m losing.
