  3. Have you tried the infamous ricotta bake? Are you allowed tuna? I was allowed tuna. Thankfully I only had to do that stage for a week Please give details about the ricotta bake! Sounds yummy
  4. Chili was something that I didn’t mind the puréed texture of. I looked up tons of recipes that would be good for this stage. Baked fish is pretty much a staple in my puréed diet because different spices helped give it different flavors and if it’s flaky enough, it doesn’t have to be puréed.

  6. I had vsg on July 10th. I’m still eating puréed foods and I feel like I eat and drink enough. But normal tasks at home, grocery store, work, etc have me sometimes feeling dizzy and weak. Anyone else? I plan on talking to my surgeon about it next week.

  8. I had the sleeve on Tuesday. I didn’t expect to be in as much pain as I was. The first night after the surgery was horrendous, iv pain meds weren’t even helping. Last night I began to lay on my right side without my stomach feeling like it was on fire. It’s been a struggle to get protein shakes down, but not having issues with the water. Coughing is the worst feeling ever! But I’ve been spending my time looking for healthy recipes for the remaining stages of post op and for healthy living.
