    Hello, I am new here. I was approved for surgery last april but let friends and family talk me out of it, a year later and I am regretting it, my doctor has referred me again and I am anxiously awaiting approval. I so hope its approved again, but while I wait I am doing as much research as I can and have decided to start the pre op diet in anticipation. Is that crazy? I've been on this journey for some time and have lost over 100 lbs doing WW, keto and paleo over the past few years but I need to lose another 70 and its bein stubborn I NEED new tools.
