    Try pure protein clear. I couldn’t do the milky protein shakes either. Left a chalky taste in my mouth & didn’t sit too well with my stomach

    I had my surgery dec 3rd and just recently I started having issues with the protein shakes. I use premier protein or pure protein. Not sure why, but I dread drinking them. They make me queasy. At my first post op appt, the dr. Said I may be allergic to the protein that is used.
