In 3 months I’ve lost 58 lbs I swim a lot but other then that I’ve not done much I do still graze but I don’t anything fried and when I graze I might eat one cracker lol But mostly my meals consist of a 1/4 of a frozen burrito or three shrimp And no sides I have gone from a size 22 jeans and XXL shirt To a size 12/14 and L shirt
  2. OK so I had surgery March 27 of 2018 oh my day of surgery I weighed 277 pounds today I weigh 219 pounds my doctor seems to think that all said and done I will weigh under 140 my goal is about 160-ish I am 5‘8“ tall anybody else out there who has had surgery who maybe can lend a hand or some kind of insight into what I should be expecting thank you in advance
