    That is amazing! I am three weeks post op and have lost roughly 20 lbs. my starting weight before first meeting with surgeon was 305 lbs and I now weigh 265. A total loss of 40 lbs. I was wondering what your doing since you have been so successful in your journey before even having weight loss surgery. I want to maximize what I can do to lose the most weight possible.
