  1. My addiction to chocolate and sweets has stalled my weightloss journey. I am trying to figure out what I can do as well. I am really struggling.
  2. My greatest fear. I have pretty much fallen off the wagon. I crave sweets and although I have eating restrictions, I am always hungry in my head. I have only lost 45 pounds since 11/5 and fluctuate between 167 - 170. Very hard
  3. @phatpheet I feel a tightness right before I get full. Some days I’m great getting my water in & other days it’s tough. Keep a water bottle with you!

  5. I’m not sure if I’m doing purée correctly. I had mashed potatoes & gravy’s& egg salad. I smashed the egg salad good but it wasn’t runny purée. Am I ok? I was sleeved on 11/5

  7. I suggest you sleep n a recliner it make a way rod of difference
  8. Drink sitting up or standing up. It goes down easier

  11. I am having surgery on Monday 11/5/18. Only preop is liquid diet today and magnesium citrate. I ate Japanese food for dinner last night and pizza for lunch. Friday I shared a steak with my husband & 2 glasses of wine. I am freaked out because I have had a lingering cough for 2 weeks that has not gone away. Probably allergies. But afraid of pain from coughing post op. AND I have a fatty liver.
