  2. Thanks guys for all the addvice I hope its not too late and I hope I didn't do any damage to my lap band. I started the mushy food today and I will fallow the diet. I wish my Dr would have told me more info on the diet stuff I fell like I was just passed right through his office. I don't feel any restriction and I wonder if they could have put a larger band on me has any one had that happen to them.:biggrin:
  3. I don't feel any restriction I eat and just make my self stop so I don't streach my pouch. I kind of skipped the mushy food stage and I have had solid food I have not felt sick or any thing but should I go back to mushy food? I have only lost one pound in the last week Please people let me know what you went through the first few weeks.
  4. HI just had lap band surgery june 27th 2008 I dont feel any restriction is this normal:confused2:
