  1. How does everyone do this? I've been heavy all my life and I want to be thinner and healthier but I'm scared. Does that make any sense to anyone?
  2. I got the lap band done a little over a month ago. I've only lost about 10 lbs since the surgery so far. I live in Sioux Falls, SD and I really don't have much of a support group so this has been real hard for me. I know I made the right decision, I just have to get my mind on the right track.
