  2. Hi there, I wrote earlier in the forum about a story I'm doing for New York Magazine about women who have undergone weight loss surgery. Thanks so much to everyone who reached out. I have received lots of great accounts from women who had very successful surgeries that they were very pleased with, and I'm so excited about the piece. In the interest of balance, I'm also looking for a couple of people who had the surgery and feel some degree of regret about it, or people who considered it and decided not to have it. If you know anyone who fits the bill I'd love to be put in touch. You can email me at anna.silman@nymag.com. Many thanks, Anna Silman Senior Writer, The Cut New York Magazine anna.silman@nymag.com 917-975-9305
  3. Hi there, I'm looking to speak to some women who have undergone bariatric surgery for an article in New York Magazine to learn about their experiences. Quotes could be under pseudonyms if people aren't comfortable sharing their real names. Would anyone from your group be interested in speaking with me briefly on the phone next week? Thanks so much! Anna Silman, senior culture writer at The Cut/New York Magazine You can reach me at anna.silman@nymag.com
