  1. Hi! I'm new here and just had my sleeve done a week ago today. I am feeling so great. I had almost no abdominal pain at any point, I'm on the full liquid diet and everything is going really well. My one issue is where my IV was in my right hand! My hand is in so much pain that I still cannot use it to lift anything, write anything, and I can't clench my hand into a fist! The pain extends right above my elbow. I'm almost 100% positive this isn't gas pain because I've had that before and this is not quite the same. Just wondering if this is a common occurrence or if I should contact my doctor. Thanks in advance for the help!
